I've always admired Martin O'Neill's Football(ing) management style (from a distance). He appears to be one of those managers that players like to play for., I think the right term would be 'Good man manager and motivator'; much like our very own Harry.
His (O'Neill) style of play isn't all bad these days and he is very much respected by the so called professional pundits and press.
He is a good tactician and he has an excullent eye for the 'finer' points of the modern game, as played in the Premiership.
Now, at the resk of being called niave, (as i have been called on this board, once already, this year
),. which incidently, seemed a bit hash at the time... I have been an avidly Spurs man for the best part of 30+ yrs., and I'm not wanting to digress any further (forgive my rant). So, do you think he (O'Neill) is Spurs material ?.
I know the ink on his contract at Sunderland has barely dried and that the buy-out clause may prohibit a move, just yet, but your thoughts pls.
