The performances don't reflect the results however it is reflected in the lack of chances and goals. I wasn't referring to adel specifically but that type of player. In January, would you prefer we signed two more players like O'Neill and Jenas or two like Taarabt and Townsend? Ok , I apologise to O'Neill and Jenas then.
I was impressed with Taarabt against West Ham, think it's the first time in a match I can say that, except the Burton game, he was still trying to be a one man team at times, but at least he was taking the attack to the opposition in a direct way, he just has to learn when to release the ball. But I wouldn't spend any money on him, may be on a free, as I still don't think he can hack the Premier. here is another ffc fans view. all I said he was our man of the match on Saturday, he was our only threat, but we are bad, and we are worse than what rangers were last season, though the points don't show it, we are cluless at best
Don't worry FT .................. we can only hope that Stoke take up all 3 relegations spots ...................... then we'll all be happy.
still think Palace Stoke and Hull will go down, reckon Fulham have time to save their top flight status and hope so to
No longer think it will be Hull, for this season at least, they have far too much fight. Foolham, are playing like we did last season....and they have Berbatov as well as Adel to cater for....two very similar players...so if played together they would have only 9 players playing for the team.... Palace may have too much to do, but Pullis will pull them around a bit. Norwich could go in to freefall, as could Stoke It could just be Norwich, Foolham and Stoke...but as I said before...do not care who goes down as long as we go up Come on u RRRRS
Makes me think of Hooper and how he shunted us ...................... I'm so glad he did it now. I was only thinking of the those players who were coming to us but went elsewhere at the last minute................ None of them have stood out, funny that.
I think Palaces season will be determined by 5pm Saturday. If they win both fixtures (home to West Ham then home to Cardiff) or take 4 points they have a fighting chance. Anything less and it will be tough. Other than Liverpool no-one has tonked them yet so there is a bit of scope for Pulis there (unfortunately!!)
Fulham are fortunate in that there are a lot of average clubs down there - palace, sunderland, stoke, cardiff, norwich, wet spam. The league is the most competitive I can recall it for years. Lots of teams vying to be the worst.
but we are below average, the worse team in this division, if we play rangers next season, I will pay for 10 rangers fans 606 ers at the cottage, that's how convinced I am we are doomed
Same here but we need that type of player, someone whos going to go past people and take a risk of losing the ball, not Jenas and Oneill type players who just play it square to each other all the time resulting in **** all creativity and the chance for the opposition to take up their shape. We need another townsend and the closest we have is hoilett but he has chewing gum for hamstrings.
Does that include flying us Aussie based fans over as a complete package ................. and let's not forget Kiwi ???????????
Sorry FT but I was including that. You tonked them second half but up to that first wonder goal you were hardly in it and the Sidwell goal just before half time knocked the stuffing out of them. If it is any consolation you have much better players than them and there are plenty of poor sides in the Prem this year and plenty of time left as well. Who'd have thought you would get such consoling words from QPR fans eh!!
Yes I agree. If the wingers played to their potential it would be a different story. Still time though.
I've fixed your quote - I'm sure thats what you meant. Don't think we are yet nailed on certs to go up!
