    All seriousness... Martial is £36m up front with 10m Euros for each of the following clauses met:

    - he scores 25 goals in all competitions
    - he makes 25 caps for France
    - he wins the ballon d'or

    Unless he's a total flop, chances are he'll make 25 goals between now and when/if he is sold by United and i can't see him not making 25 caps for France seeing how they don't have that many great attacking strikers so realistically he's going to be £36m + 20m Eur.

    If he makes the 3rd clause then the fee doesn't matter as you'll be laughing all the way to the bank when Real buy him for a new world record.

    I'm praying for them to get the Europy. One failed european qualification and I fear Roman will dump Chelsea in the nearest London canal and fck off back to Russia...

    Assuming your boss puts you in a working environment with people who you consider to be beneath you or black people, Jewish people, Asian people etc, how do you interact and communicate with them?! Or do your swastika tattoos scare them off?
