A few names being touted if he leaves - Wellens, Mason, Thorup, Hellberg

I don’t even know who Hellberg is. Cool name though.

    I like Gary O’Neil.

Good shout re Gary O'Neil. I'd prefer our club to sort itself out, for the senior people to do their job in harmony with the common aim of success and ban people working from home (or Dubai).

O’Neill left Wolves with his relationships with the players toxic.

What’s the job spec for whoever is interested in Cifuentes? “Wanted, coach to help a team flirt with relegation then buy himself time with a few wins, then flirt with relegation again?”

If he goes to another team....we get compensation .

    Best scenario.

I am really not sure my feelings on this

Guess it all depends on who replaces him if he goes Beth, compensation easily frittered away

With the way the club is set up, I can't see many wanting the job. The hierarchy are dictating the style they want to play, the players to play in that style. They want a 'yes' man. I'm sure there's someone who will fit the algorithm that we employ. What a ****ing way to run a club.

When we were at rock bottom this season most fans got behind Marti which probably kept him in a job. Not many sets of fans would have done that. I like him but if he goes I won’t be too fussed.

Like any other job, if you’re at a pretty chaotic business with a circus above you and someone offers you the same job, most likely on better dough, you’d be mad to not at least take the meeting. He owes us little and we owe him little. If he goes we move on.

If rangers agree to let Marti talk to them then we know the club don’t want him for another season, sad state of affairs

What makes you say that the 'hierarchy' dictates how we play? No evidence for that as far as I'm aware.

So much behind the scenes we'll never know but whichever way you look at this, it does not seem positive and bodes ill for next season.

Plenty of interviews. The head of methodology (the guy who took Ramsay's job) just stated it in a podcast interview with wls. They employ a head coach to implement the style that they want. Thought it was common knowledge to be fair.
