Assuming Marshy is unavailable for the Hull game, do you think Malky will now hastily change the tried and tested cautious away game plan and go all out attack for the win? I'm afraid Joe Lewis doesn't inspire confidence in me.

.......so will Caulker.

Hodgson was never going to play him in preference to the Jagielka/Cahill combo that shut out Moldova - there was no need to risk it with a CB change against Ukraine.

Caulker will be fine, and Huds will have to wait until he or Ben isn't, or when either of our CBs has a mare. Even then, I can't see Malky dropping one of them lightly through choice.

I hope he will be okay but you never know with a hip injury and the fact that he had to come off is worrying.

However, he was playing because Hull's keeper, McGregor, was injured. McGregor normally gets picked for Scotland ahead of Marshall so it will be bloody annoying if he plays and Marshall doesn't.

McGregor will be playing. He pick up a minor injury against Man City and was only out for a week, which ruled him out of Scotland's first game.
