Trust me on this: when the Chinese land there in the next few decades they'll open a takeaway on 'your' moon land after they've pissed on your deeds.

Gold possibly I dunno

But oil no way mate, that would require life being present millions of years ago. And I think the consensus is that's never been the case on the moon.

I wish there was as I'd like you to become a gazillionaire and buy NUFC yourself.

you think there'd be any profit in that once you take into account the transport costs?

Gold is formed in supernovae. That on earth has been churned underground due to being on a dynamic planet. That on the moon would not have been subject to this, so in theory should be there, ready to be mined in one-sixth gravity. But it's getting the equipment up there.

No oil though, as you say, and no real calorific minerals apart from oxygen, which is there in abundance.

I think Oxygen is at low levels on Mars .
Nearly all Carbon Dioxide

I think it's actually already been stolen and sold to me, so even if I pass it down the generations and something comes of moon travel they'll lose a court case.

The land was just claimed.
