KOL are reporting that Marquis has decided to stay at Millwall after being convinced by Neil Harris. Bit gutted to be honest but can't blame him for wanting to stay at his current club.
 
Was always bad news Harris getting the Millwall job, disappointed Marquis is staying there, only time will tell if he has made the correct decision as some times it just works for you at a club like it did for him with us!
 
Gutted to see this yesterday afternoon.I think the lure of playing under a good mate in Neil Harris,and more than like more money makes Millwall a more attractive proposition.I wish John all the best,and thought it was a nice touch of him to thanks the fans on his Twitter.
 
According to Scally, in the KM, Marquis didn't have a say in signing a new contract as Millwall exercised an option on his contract
