I always thought that there was a fish called a "Jack" Nick? In fact I'm sure there is.
Indeed there is Potts.
It is a favourite fish in the Caribbean and parts of Africa. It is an ugly looking crittar and very Bony.
It is hard to catch as it dives to great depths whenever anything/anybody goes near it.
This should not be confused with the Monkfish, another ugly looking customer and often leaves a nasty taste in the mouth.
