It was a poor decision to take him off. 5 mins to go at home .2-1 down and he takes off the supply, no point. Should have sacrificed derry or a defender.

You either take adel off and shut up shop for a point, or you go for the win which means leaving him on the pitch. Go 2-1 down and take him off just doesn't make sense.

For me the players have lost all belief , and now is the time the manager earns his pennies. Is he earning them, not for me.
