It makes perfect sense in fairness. But of course in this case it makes no difference as a court of law has ruled that it wasn't unlawful and therefore could not be murder

A lot of people cannot accept that and rightly so imo. The problem is what happens next... The next young ethnic criminal may decide to arm himself at all times as he has just seen a case where someone like him was killed when he was unarmed and the law of the land....and a large percentage of the country are ok with it
