I'd have been surprised if it were Foy. He was in charge when we beat them at Old Trafford. Spent the following weekend in front of 2,678 fans at the Accrington Stanley v Rochdale game in League 2.
Exactly, despite the circumstances the fans got behind the team throughout. One of the best I've heard (On TV that is) in a long time. We'll need a crowd like that v City but I doubt it'll be the same. There's an extra edge when any team plays United because you feel you've been wronged and are up against it before the first whistle is even blown
To be honest I couldn't care less. The whistle should alert you to the fact that the "accusation" was jocular. As you are bring it up though - why did you say "Yeah I did" - what was the "I" referring to?
It might as well be Fergie for the decisions we've had in the last few games v United. 3 off side goals, 2 sendings offs and 2 penalties and 0 for us.
In all honesty I couldn't care who the ref is tonight or what the outcome is. Any game v United isn't a legit game in my eyes
I normally leave the consipiracy theories to the scousers but there does become a point when you can surely only have so many games go against you due to ref/linesman decisions.
Theres no way this is going to stick, they story is the spanish players heard "mico" which is spanish for monkey. Quite why the ref would say it in spanish is beyond me. Even so, theres enough to get the ref off because Mikel, Mico, Monkey all sound similar, especially when spoken in a tynecastle accent and the players were in paranoid mode.
Chelsea sure do boil over in the real big games that they always choke in don't they. I'm sure Clattenburg might have told him to **** off but that's all, I mean I would as well, you chavskis sure are second to none at hounding the ref when it comes to it.
But in all seriousness, cool your tits Chelsea, we're all bored of the race rows that seem to be centered around your club. Cheers.
