    Whether Kevin Ratcliffe can speak for all football I am not so sure. That is his view fair enough but I do not buy 'the fact' that he speaks for all.

    I can only tell you what MY view is. I may be wrong but the fact that I have a different view on the matter says to me, at least, that it is not a cut & dried issue.
