    It's really odd. I think.
If we progress to the final stages and come up against a big-hitter will he persevere with Karius even if he's been underperforming up to that point?

Well if we get to those stages, then hopefully it means he’s doing something well.

But let’s not forget, Migs isn’t good enough either. If Karius is intended to be the number 1, then we need to give him a proper run of games. This rotation isn’t doing either of them any good.

I actually would like to see Danny Ward be given more games.

Mig isn't brilliant, but he's clearly been the better of the two.
Perhaps Karius will come good, but we can't afford to be dumped out of the competition for the sake of letting him get game time.
It doesn't follow that if we progress it means he'll be ok to continue. The further we are in the competition, the more the standard of opposition will improve.
Barring injury, I can't see Ward getting too many opportunities. If Karius needs game time, then presumably he'll be the one getting all the games Mig doesn't.

*Asks wife* - tell me something that will make me laugh and cry at the same time.

Wife - Henderson on bench. Milner starting.

Not too nervous about this one. Simply must win, anything else then thats the champions league done for another few seasons.

    Should win convincingly.

Will probably escape with a 1-1 draw.

Like Organic i'm starting to wonder why Robertson is getting so little game time & it seems JK has the same opinion of AOC as @luvgonzo

I have read a few bits saying that he wasn't Klopp's choice, hence barely involved in the squad.
Regarding AOC, if Klopp doesn't think much of him so far and doesn't want to start him, then surely he must notice the same thing with about half the team.
