apparently the owners and board constantly intefere with the mangaging
but for almost any manager in the world, its probably hard to turn down chelsea even when its going to be a short term appointment

They would be bonkers to go for Rosenior (I know they are bat **** bonkers), and he would be mental to go there.
They want a yes-man who plays a certain brand of possession football with lots of players in their early 20s. They thought Maresca would be that as he’s a ‘disciple’ of Guardiola and doesn’t have a lot of experience as a head coach. I think towards the end, Maresca stood up for himself more and the hierarchy at Chelsea didn’t like it. Seen a lot of their fans on social media saying under Boehly, they never sign any experienced players. Even Brighton, who sign young talents with the aim of developing them and selling them for huge profit, also sign the likes of Milner and Welbeck. Chelsea don’t do that.
Who’s going to be the first twat to say we’ll get loans from Chelsea now as we got a special relationship

The BBC are now saying Rosenior is the "leading contender" for the Chelsea job! That would be an unbelievable jump to managing Chelsea.
Not mental to go there for the money.
