The vast majority of Blues don’t want him anywhere near. It’d be a massive retrograde step as he’s done nothing to enhance his reputation since he left. Plus, despite doing a good job for us back then, he massively disrespected both the club and fans with comments and actions after he went to United.

Put it this way, I won’t be attending if he gets the gig.

I didn't consider the way he left. As I said in that post, I had a feeling Everton fans would be willing to give him another chance because of his long connection to the club, but obviously not.

None of the so called favourites who’ve been linked i.e. Moyes, Howe and Arteta.

Of the names I’ve seen as possible contenders I’d only want either Benítez or Pereira.
 
It's a shame it's Euro's season because I think Gareth Southgate could be worth taking a chance on.
