Watching Daniel Levy purse his lips and try and keep his rage under wraps at the end of each season has now become a national sport these days. Every year the Spuds find a new and inventive way to **** it up <ok>

What part of Release clause are people failing to understand??? As long as the 30mn pound clause is there, we have no issue with Dortmund wanting to sell. Also could someone give Wenger Lewandowski's agents number - as even if there is a 2% ( i know I am high balling the %) we should bid for him i reckon 5-10 would do it. Seeing as Dortmund would rather sell to anyone rather than Bayern.

The issue is will they come , also both are players where once a bid is accepted all the big clubs will come a knocking.

I get why not many are interested in Lewandowski (his Bayern love in) but how the **** has no one tried to sign Reus, at 30mn he is a bargain deal - I firmly believe he doesn't want to leave BVB yet otherwise someone would have taken him.

If you don't try you don't get. I agree, we should at least make an effort to sign him, even if its for the summer. But I just don't see him coming in Jan unless Wenger invites him over for a personal massage....

As pointed out the clause does not kick in until 2015, so little point talking about it now. Di Maria is a more realistic option. With the world cup coming up, I can't see him being content to sit on the bench all season, as Madrid will continue to play Bale ahead of him.

Ahh - well ignore me then. All out for Suarez/Benzema/Llorente/etc.
