Good to see that your Hamstring in your Achilles, that ended your running days has healed mate
I'm not doubting HIAG's knowledge of Hastings... I have it on good authority that he was there when King Harald Godweinson got right royally fcuked by William The Bastard
(for the intellectual amongst you, and Sky, the battle was actually fought at Senlac hill which is a fair way from Hastings)
Hastings & San Francisco... are practically identical

Saxon King Harold Godwinson fought the Dane Harald Hadrada at Stamford Bridge (nope. The one in Yorkshire) before hot footing it back south to confront William the Bastard's army near Hastings

To précis it, the night before the battle Harold is watching his army's arrow practice. Everything is fine apart from one guy who's hopeless. He asks his lieutenant what's the matter with the soldier. 'He's new, still learning sire'
As he's leaving he pulls the lieutenant to one side and says 'when the battle starts tomorrow, put that **** at the back. He's liable to have some poor ****er's eye out'
