We have gone from one extreme to another.

The fact that England captain Butcher isn’t considered a legend at Rangers says more about England than Rangers to be honest.
Jock Wallace ... Leicester legend ... none of us could understand a ****ing word he said ... but he totally transformed us on the pitch 
he’s a good player. Probably underrated among our fans. Wouldn’t say he was a legend tho.

Legend was putting it a bit strong, I know. Good solid player for us though, unspectacular but involved in the build up to most of our goals at one time.
For me the closest thing Scottish football had to a Legend was Larsson but I'm not old enough to remember anyone before 1990
