Don't often have a go at refs on here, but Mason has been rubbish.

That's it, still no away goal.
Did not do much wrong, deserved a point I feel.
Build up good just lack that decisiveness and magic up front.
Tx for your company all, until the world cup.

Certainly think we deserved a point. Really pleased to see Chalobah back, and even in the 15 minutes he was on showed what we have been missing.

Just need the Pozzos to make the right decision. Guess tomorrow we find out.

Losing like that sums up the away form .

Not bad in terms of performance but no luck or quality when it matters .

Thought Mason was awful apart from correctly sanctioning some cynical Utd fouls... yet missed Sanchez helping CK into the hoardings (Wilf Rostron was sent off for less) and ashley young's "tackle" on Deulofeu.
We can't seem to get the final ball right or make the right decisions in the final third. Gave the ball away far too often and there is a lack of confidence and ability to take responsibility in front of goal.

All that said we gave a decent enough account of ourselves and a draw would have been a much more fair result.

Seems although Garcia thinks he will still be in charge next season. I certainly hope so. IMHO he has benefited from just 14 games in charge. He knows the positives and negatives of the squad now, and must be aware of what he needs to move forward. He has also tried some different strategies.

And of course in January the Pozzos thought he was the right guy for the job. What has changed? He hardly had great luck with injuries and I think for at least four points the players were more than responsible. .

Hopefully he and we get confirmation very quickly and preparation for next season can begin <cheers>

I am not sure we can keep just blaming the manager for the lack of form and injuries.

It seems a different set of players fall out or like whatever is in charge each time which hardly helps the stability and morale in the squad.

Know the away form has been poor but we've had some tough ones under Gracia - I doubt we'd get much next season from Arsenal, Man U, Spurs and Leicester away either.

West Ham are so hot and cold who knows what team your going to face and the Huddersfield game was just typical Watford - albeit a rather negative performance.

Home performances have been ok generally but have been a bit worried by the tactics employed and subs changed but then would the next guy be any better?

We were going there to win, said Gracia before the game. I thought I detected a plan to do just that. The commentators thought that it must be awful to watch Man. Utd week after week. They scored, some thought it offside, others didn't, but after that they simply attempted to smother our attacks, and maybe score again on the break.
I do not like this attitude of put your nose in front then try to shut up shop. It has been seen at the Vic and only seems to create tension with the fans.
I was so pleased to see Chalobah back, and was just hoping he didn't get injured again. I believe that him and Hughes could be very influential on our seasons come the autumn. Gracia? I like him, think he has picked us up quite well after Silva lost the plot. We do not see what goes on during the week, but from afar I would give him time.

Great day out..... we deserved a point.....
BUT we need to be better in the box and some of the balls coming in were poor...

However we matched Manure for much of the game..

    Here's to next season COYH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
