Having just seen the MOTD highlights certainly in hindsight Ighalo should have passed to Deeney for his 4th chance.

The most annoying one was that 2nd effort when he was basically through but shot early.

The others were actually good efforts.

Having seen the highlights from MOTD in hindsight Ighalo might have been better passing as De Gea did come out very quickly to close the angle down as he is a self confident striker...

2 of the other chances were actually decent efforts whilst for some reason he rushed the shot when they gave the ball straight to him.

Blind was very lucky when sticking a leg out on Capoue and Prodl was certainly pulled when he had the header...

I was actually in awe of Prodl being able to get a header away with the anchored defender having a death grip on him .

Well that was VERY frustrating. We completely bossed Utd, both on and off the pitch and just did not get our share of luck of the refs decisions - another big club ref performance last night. Utd fans were very poor, it was as quiet as any big ground I have ever been to and I would say that around 20% of Utd fans left as soon as they scored, still I suppose it was a long drive back to Guildford. Other thing that I really noticed was the number of people from abroad there supporting Utd, especially from Nordic countries - loads in the pub in the afternoon, in the hotel bar and waiting for the Metro. I think is was those who were left behind at the end.
Ighalo needs to learn to pass when another player is in a better position to score as Deeney was last night, but he will start scoring again.

Was a great evening and we deserved at least a point.... players really did well and considering we had a number of diff players in from Saturday... looked good.

Sorry for Ighalo but he will come good soon

    I loved chanting EJTMA ;)
