As i said earlier i stand by it 100% It wasn't older fans organising the "black binbag",don't buy the new kit and don't buy in the ground protests and it certainly isn't older fans who go to games with the "Thanks Arsene" banner.
Well if you're genuinely standing by your ludicrous statement (and not just because you don't want to back down) then you've gone right down in my estimations. Not entirely sure how you can moderate a forum of arsenal fans if that is your opinion of the fan population.
No, I'm saying your opinion (that you're perfectly entitled to have) makes you a pillock in my eyes. Your 'I'm old' running gag lines have overstepped the mark with this comment that clearly isn't tongue in cheek
In one statement you've gone from a sensible older poster, to one of those older people who thinks being old makes them more worthy.
Don't start backtracking on pedantics now. You said that the older generation (and one assumes you include yourself in this bracket) would be the only ones left supporting arsenal if football became less fashionable and aren't the ones who do what you seem to be non-supportive activities. Self-righteous claptrap.
Yeah you have, who the **** are you to be spouting against me as being the epitome of all that's wrong with football and that I'd jump ship to another sport that becomes more fashionable? And you also then linked yourself to the 'older generation' meaning fans like you won't. Get over it, just because you're old and may have started supporting Arsenal before others, doesn't make you more special, or a better fan than anybody else. You're no better fan than me, as much as you'd like to put me down, and as much it may kill you, I support this club through and through. So you can piss off with your put downs against me, which came out of nowhere.
I seem to have logged into the wrong thread.. thought this one was about Manchester United. Guess I'll be off please log in to view this image
Will close this for a couple of days. That should give everyone enough time to get back on topic. Continue your fights via the PMs in the mean time
3-0 Everton, yeah, Manunited are really back. 2 points ahead of United WITH a game in hand, big mouth United fans, where are ya now? Not to mention we have played something like 12 more games than United.
By the time we play u, the result won't even have to matter. Win our game in hand, and we are 4 points above u, meaning we can still afford to lose to u, and STILL be above u.
United also have a tricky fixture away to Crystal Palace. As we saw Selhurst Park is no easy place to get a win and if they are not careful they could slip up. Still I expect them to finish Top 4. IMO: 1. Chelsea 2. Arsenal 3-4.City/United
