Played just behind the front man he's awesome but Mancini plays him far too deep Won the league for us
my team for monday - De Gea Rafael Ferdinand Vidic Evra Valencia Carrick Cleverley Young Rooney Van Persie.
Really hope we get revenge for the butt spanking we got last season with a BANG. RVP hat trick will do nicely
i would say Valencia ahead of Nani because Glichy struggles against winger's who has alot of pace and strength, i think Antonio Valencia looked like his old self at times against Chelsea, signs of his form coming back? I think we need Scholes on the bench, that would be great, if we're winning or struggling in mid, we can sent him on to calm the mid. my Team would be this ..................................................De Gea...................................... Rafeal...................Ferdinand...........................Vidic...................Evra Valencia...............Carrick......................Jones....................Young. .....................................Rooney................................................. ................................................Van Persie................................... Rooney to play behind the Van Persie, so he can come back to help the defense. I hope Valencia plays but i wouldn't mind if Nani plays too, Nani has had good games against City recently. We do need to remember on his day he is one of the best winger's in the league, who knows he could have a good game. Everyones forgetting Chelsea was like his third game since his big injury and his first game since his minor injury he had again after. I think we should play Jones in mid so that he can man mark Yaya Toure, he is City's key man and we know Joens is very good at man marking as we seen against Fellani and Cristiano Ronaldo.
Speaking ahead of the Manchester derby, Roberto Mancini says Man City "do not deserve to be 15 points behind Manchester United"
But that team hasn't got pace to counter City's pressing in the midfield. Start with either Valencia or Young in RvP's place. And another thing, we might leave out Carricl, can't remember him playing well against City. Brimg in Kagawa to partner Cleverly, Jones holding them
I can just see the players going out there and playing like the match is already won meaning that City tear us apart. Man Utd never make it easy for themselves.
