    regarding the above rating, tbh Rooney missed a great chance when he could had passed to RVP, he need to go back to be a team player and not fighting with RVP over who will score more
    I think RVP was more unselfish , and aside from the chance he missed, he was very good , so to say he was bad that is kind harsh
    Gea too was superb aside from the goal

    This RvP-Rooney silent skirmish should be put to an end soon. Both need to appreciate each other and in fact love each other, lets begin with a kiss. Consult Gary Neville for that.

    I think Rooney was squaring it for Van Persie. Is original intent was the take it past the keeper and score, but the ball got away from him. He didn't look up before he passed it, but as he passed he appeared to look towards Van Persie and then realized he played the ball too far in front of RVP.

    Pretty sure he has Benitez' name tattooed on his left shoulder. So he was kissing the tattoo.

    Perhaps he should have been kissing the linesman after he got away with the first goal...
