Valencia isn't a winger? Past 6 Years at Emirates: Arsenal 2-2 United Arsenal 2-1 United Arsenal 1-3 United Arsenal 1-0 United Arsenal 1-2 United Arsenal 1-1- United P6 W2 D2 L2
Actually the players the played, that failed to perform probably cost us the game more than the absentees due to their illness and fatigue. Dunno why I am debating with a childish WUM though.
Luis Antonio Valencia Mosquera (born 4 August 1985), commonly known as Antonio Valencia (Spanish pronunciation: [anˈtonjo βaˈlensja]), is an Ecuadorian footballer who currently plays as a winger for Manchester United and the Ecuadorian national team.[5]
Valencia is not a winger eh? And it's not our problem if you choose to not involve Ashley Young because he's a diving ****, we had all our wingers INJURED, big difference.
Podolski played only 1 league game, same as OXO. I think Walcott was involved in 3-4 of them. Just because we won a lot of games without wingers does not mean we have not be effected by their loss, so that's a pretty **** argument you're going for. We have been missing their width and pace in many games, even ones we have one. But in the game against you, you could see we clearly lacked width, the same as our draw away to West Brom. So please, don't go full retard mode, there's only so long you can go without your wingers, and we need them back ASAP, thankfully Walcott is not too far away and can bring that pace back to our team.
One of Arteta/Flamini probably the former. Fully Fit XI Back 5 Rambo Flamini Theo Ãzil Cazorla Giroud Subs Flappy Verminator Monreal Wilshere Rosicky Arteta Podolski Jenkinson, Oxo, Gnabry barely being out
Arteta, and rotating Cazorla with Podolski. It's also not just about starting, in some games, in the 70th minute mark, it's a big asset to have a pacy winger like OXO come on, or someone like Podolski to give us width.
If Wilshere is not first choice in the attacking midfield three, can he play in the pivot too? We'd have him!!
The attacking player we've missed the most has been Walcott. Not only does he give us width on the right, he gives us considerable pace and another mode of attack. He also operates as a second striker, so his goals are missing. When everyone is fit then Wilshere, Cazorla, Arteta and Rosicky drop to the bench. But Cazorla is the most likely to be picked as a first 11 player to go wide left or central midfield. We still have to play an Ozil+Cazorla central midfield.
Forgot about podolski. You have incredible depth and variety in your AMs like us, but your pivot is stronger and better than ours so you can move the ball quicker to Ozil and co
