Nobody would deny you if you said we were rubbish today, but to go on about us failing in the big games is pure rubbish, we just beat Liverpool, and Dortmund, away from home, not to mention beating our local derby rival Spurs. So we have done it in the big games, you're wrong, simple as that.
Fair enough but I don't count my chickens in autumn. Let's look at the table in March and take stock then. Hopefully we will have balanced our pivot by then. If we are still only five points off the top then, I will be delighted. We are good at the pressure end of the season
You also forgot Napoli. They have been quality this season and we made them look like a Championship team for most of that game.

Liverpool is not a big game. And do you think you would beat Dortmund and maybe even lesser teams like Liverpool in March, April, when the pressure is on and challenging on two or more fronts. History would tell us you don't since 2004. And have even lost pressure games to lesser teams too. Last season you put a fantastic run together when you weren't in the title mix and the pressure was off relatively. However, it was a good run in a three way battle for a CL spot
Personally I think United were pretty poor. It was obvious some of our players had been ill. Carzorla and Ozil were really struggling physically. If we had played to the same standard we showed against Liverpool/Norwich etc.. we would have won this game. United's midfield is average and their best defenders are getting old.
