The top 3 right now i cant see changing for the foreseeable future. With the money City and Chelsea can throw at their teams and the fact United are always going to be there I can't see anyone breaking this. Arsenal have the best chance if they throw money at it a bit as the base you have now built (with the new stadium and the huge revenue) puts you way ahead of the chasing pack - and this is from a spurs fan. Ironically when Arsene does go may be your best chance of competing right at the top again as a new manager might not be so loath to throw money at your team.
