Really poor half from us and particularly bad defending from the CBs. Thankfully Welbeck has pulled one back and we're back in it. Walcott has done absolutely **** all. Get him off and get Giroud on, at least then we have a target to aim for and somebody to get on the end of crosses.
Absolutely embarrassing. Theo, Ramsey and Sanchez hiding out there. Danny is basically our only attacking outlet because the rest of them just don't seem to give a ****. I'd bring off Theo for Campbell and then put Danny upfront.
What ****ing decisions? You weren't robbed of any decisions, and United fans are the last to every cry about decisions going for a team, with all the ones that have gone for you, especially against as well in the past.
Gabriel lost concentration on two occasions and we let a ****ing 18 year old making his debut get a brace We've not played with any urgency and we look so nervy at the back. A draw will still be a crap result, make no mistake about it. Just look at their team ffs. Furious with that first half, how much longer are we gonna put up with this **** before Wenger realises he is the reason why we aren't fulfilling our potential? ****ing joke.
Either bring Giroud on and Walcott off. Or put Welbz upfront and move Walcott to the wing. Whatever he does at half time, Walcott should be nowhere near the CF position. Completely one dimensional. Not that I'm saying anything new.
How was the first unlucky? It was a series of errors: - Theo dawdling in front of defence - nobody closing down the cross - kos missing his header - Gabriel missing his clearance
That the deflection off Gabriel fell straight to a Utd player in space who just had to hit the target to score. Agreed the defending wasn't good though, particularly our CBs for both of the goals and in there distribution of the ball.
You mean that **** clearance attempt by Gabriel? There was nothing unlucky about it, it was poor defending.
Just take Walcott off. He offers us nothing else unless he's playing against a high line. Giroud, as frustrating as he is in front of goal, can hold up the ball well and link up with the team easily. Walcott rarely, if ever, does that.
I'd bring Giroud or Campbell on for Walcott. Walcott is a very useful player but this isn't the game for him.
In an ideal world, Walcott would come off, Campbell would move to the wing and Welbz would move upfront. Sadly, I'll be shocked if ANY changes are made at half time.
Really? I know he's always been pretty poor and exposed against faster forwards but his intelligence and experience made him at least a pretty solid option, has he really regressed over the last year or so, then?
