Has anyone else mentioned that this entire thread is an epic wum fcuk-up? Most of us big boys manage to make Saints look fairly ordinary, but United let them shine like Brazilians! Anyway, I didn't come here to scoff. What I wanted to ask is this - do you lads think United can hold on to 5th spot, especially with Klopp doing a fantastic job at 'Pool?
Woodwood has to share the blame although I think the squad is more than good enough to achieve top 4.

Of course Woodward should be blamed for the shambolic state of your squad. A £300m spend should mean the squad is making a title challenge and strong CL run too
Hang on! If United spend the kind of money they need in order to get any where near the likes of us, Arsenal or £ity, aren't they going to fall foul of the rules and earn themselves a transfer ban?
Come off it, Treble! There isn't a single player in our squad who wouldn't make the first XI in yours. That's incredible, and it shows you the extent to which we, now, have to be considered serious title contenders, and why United are no where near it.
RW? Blimey! You're as bad as the Sky pundits, Trebs! We've got beyond that old fashioned talk. Lloris, Walker, Rose, Alderierweld, Vertonghen, Eriksen, Chadli, Lamela, Mason, Alli, Kane - all of those players would make the first XI of any team in the Prem.
Not much tht impresses me there HIAG. It's simple logic, if that team had Van Gaal in charge you'd be rubbing shoulders with Chelsea in the league and Kane would already be a United player. That tells me our squad and players are better. We both know that. Levy would be pulling his hair out... well the one folicle he thought he had before he pi55ed out of it.
