van Gaal is like fergie in that we wont know who has signed for us until they step onto the pitch. he will give nothing away and will openly deny everything. So until Kroos comes out and says hes not leaving then nothing is decided.
He has come out and said that hasn't he? He said he expects to be at Bayern next year and the there was nothing in the United talk. That's about as clear as you get.
Has he? Not seen anything myself except both german and English papers making quotes up. The last Kroos quote relating to him leaving is one where Kroos basically says "I expected Bayern to say this". He was referring to Bayern claiming Kroos would be their player regardless of whether he signs a contract and that kroos better be careful. Personally I think Kroos wants out of Bayern because they act as if he is their property and he should be happy playing for them for free. I'd imagine he regards the suits at Bayern as complete ****s who dont respect him. At least thats the impression you get from bayern.
