There is a reason De Gea has played for top European sides, like Man Utd and Atletico Madrid. Mignolet on the other hand has to make do with offers from sides not even in Europe like Sunderland and Liverpool. If Mignolet was good enough he'd of been signed by teams good enough to win medals. He clearly doesn't impress enough, to be a target of one of Europes elite
