They already have mate. I just don't think that they're the attractive proposition they once were tbh.
Perhaps not as attractive as a few years ago, but still very attractive to 99% of players. The main issue now is competition from more teams. They already can offer more wages than anyone else (see them outbidding City for Sanchez) so if this take over happens nothing will change. They waste a load of money like they have done the last few years, oh well just spend more to get out of it
