Don't worry, I think its just a stuck record ;-) It's Mane that frustrates me. Does he understand the rules of football? If a defender takes the ball off you and you drop to the deck it really isn't a free kick. He's a great talent but if Man U do buy him in the summer, I suspect he will disappear completely. They won't tolerate that sort of thing. Here, he is a real star and the team gives him a lot more of the ball than he would get elsewhere.
There were other defenders equally at fault. That 3rd was just **** defending. They had about 3 chances to score before they actually did.
DL - we all know Maya isn't a RB, but who would you have played today with no Cedric? Come on Osvaleramo - you too. Still no response on that from you.
I am not one of Yoshi's boo boys, far from it Against the likes of Stoke, Villa etc then fine but City? Really?
So who lost the ball in the first place? Who allowed the cross to come in? If you make your mind up that everything can be put down to a single player then yes, everything must be Yoshida's fault, obviously.
I did respond, I said that we should have signed a back up in the summer that isn't a complete clown (cuco martina). To be honest the main fault is with Koeman. If we had been positive and played our best team from the start then we would have been in this game against a frail looking city.
And I responded to that.... you didn't answer the actual question and still haven't. Who would you have picked today at RB?
I would have played Yoshida because we have no one else. I see what you're trying to do, but it's been a glaring weakness for ages now so it's indefensible in my eyes. At least we've had our bad performance away at City in a game which we were always likely to lose. We have to sign a right back in Jan. It's not the end of the world, it's just baffling. Why did tadic not start?
Ehhh... I'm just going to pretend that first twenty minute ****show never happened. And then it is a not-so-bad possible 1-1 draw.
