    Usually a defender of Yoshida, but it's not working him playing at RB. How poor must Martina be, if he can't get a game, ahead of a CB-turned-RB?

    We paid heavily for going into the match with a negative outlook, in the last 15 minutes we showed what can happen if you attack City. Let's hope for an early goal in the second half to put the wind up them, it's far from over yet but another goal for them seals it. Would like to see Dusan on for Romeu.

    I don't get this really. Yes, it would be nice, but it is not essential. If we don't have a good half, I trust Ron to find Nigel's blue marker, draw a line and get the lads ready for Wednesday.

    Yoshida shouldn't have to play RB. We wouldn't expect Fonte to do it. Get 2 reliable RB's in Jan.

    OK, I'm going to put my head on the block and defend Yoshida. Yes, he gave the ball away, but it was a stumble rather than poor footwork. But Virgil had no need to pass to him in the first place, and after he lost it Fonte was way too slow getting back to cover the near post. So it wasn't entirely Yoshida's fault.

    Susan is on for Romeu.

    I just can't believe that a manager like Koeman put Maya Yoshida against Sterling. Like you I actually like the guy and he has had good performances but as soon as I saw the team sheet it stuck out so clearly that you just knew that's where a goal would come from.
