There is a difference between confidence and cockiness....Bertrand was talking about confidence...the fact they had a meeting to try and sort themselves after the Liverpool game shows that it wasn't about cockiness. As I said, I want them to be confident but combine it with effort.

I still find their fans likeable, though my sample's small and both are past middle age. So the couple I know have a sense of bemusement about how this incredible success ever came to their door and they're philosophical about the idea that one day the money will stop and they'll go back to what they were. I wanted to make sure one of their usual subs was rested, but to be fair to them I wasn't expecting them to rest the entire first team squad. That would be selfish.

It will be a great away game to attend. Either we get a result so it's an unbelievable experience or we get trounced as expected and the atmosphere will be class anyway. You're bound to see some good footy too, what level did you go?
By the end of Xmas it might be a reality we can't ignore. Looked at the list games last night. If we get three points between now and the new year we might be lucky. Or we might have found a new gear and gives the top four a decent game....
