    FT. 0-0.

Good result. Professional performance. Solid defensive display. City didn’t really create that much despite how much of the ball they had. O I was a bit disappointed with our final ball and decision-making in their box, but I’ll never turn my nose up at a point against City away.

We’ve taken 4 points each off of City and Liverpool this season which is a really good return.

Doesn’t halt our momentum too much - onto Luton Town now I believe <ok>

The way we look at the moment - We are extremely tough to beat. I can see us not losing another league game this Season.

So - we just need one slip-up from Liverpool and I think we still win it.

Wow, this is a very bold statement. I don't necessarily think that's the case. Let's just take each game as it comes.

I agree we are one of, if not the, best defensive and OOP sides in Europe. However, I still think we have the hardest fixture list on paper and it still bothers me we don't have a superstar/ruthless forward that can win us games even in dull contests. There's still a lot of football to play though.

Let's focus on Luton Town next, then Brighton away on the weekend and take it from there.

Yeah, also if we beat Bayern, the fixtures will come thick and fast. We also still have to go to Spurs and Utd

I love what we're doing this season, but I'm not making any claims about what we will achieve.

Like you say, we just need to take each game as it comes and put in the maximum effort whoever we're up against.

Yeah of course - we've just gone what 10 games unbeaten since the break and have 9 EPL fixtures to go. We don't need to be winning every game 5-0 just grabbing the 3pts is enough.

Fatigue, Injuries can play a part of course. I'm not saying we WILL win the league just that I think we realistically can still do it.

Treat every game like a Cup Final.

If Partey could actually stay fit then him and Rice would be potentially the best CM partnership in the world. Shame.

Was thinking the other day of a first choice XI of recent history (last 15 years?) and how many of our current XI make it:

    --------------------------Raya--------------------------

    White--------Saliba------Gabriel-----Kiwior

    -----------------Rice-----------Fabregas-----------

    Saka--------------Odegaard----------Sanchez

    --------------------Aubameyang--------------------

That would smash the league by a mile. Cazorla or (fit) Partey though would run Cesc close. Especially as Cesc was probably best as #10 I feel. Tough.

But if you think about the best Fabregas (arsenal early days) he did play the deeper role.
    Hard to leave oyt Carzorla.
How about RVP ahead of Auba?

    Yeah, I'd agree with this.

As shady as RvP is/was as a person, he was an outstanding centre-forward. I know he wasn't the quickest, but he had everything else you'd want in a striker.

Technically secure, physical, good aerially, could play with his back to goal, expert set-piece taker, superb technique, intelligent runs off the shoulder of defenders, could drop deep to create, fashion chances for himself, had that 'clutch gene' to deliver in huge moments...if we had the 2011/12 van Persie leading the line for this Arsenal side, I am confident we would win the league.

Funnilly enough - he would be perfect for the current side. As was always a hybrid WF/CF.
