Just pure wild guess, makes me wonder if this is something to do with Syria, and the recent attack by the Turks. It wouldn't surprise me. Maybe he lost his leg in Syria in the past.

still surely they get the correct RAL colour for the replacement

Why is it a terror attack rather than just some nutter with a knife? He was running around shouting "I'm gonna **** you up", that's not terrorism, that's being mental, or is any multiple random victim attack terror now? Should we upgrade Dunblane and Hungerford as terror attacks, or keep them as they are?

The man arrested on suspicion of terrorism offences after three people were stabbed in Manchester has been detained under the Mental Health Act.

Police said the 40-year-old man, who was taken into custody after the incident at Arndale shopping centre, has been assessed by specialist doctors.
