Some will say is immaterial and obviously can not really affect team performance but for me managers suited and booted does not look right

Although Iwas one of Pulis's biggest critics being track suited ( forget the cap ) to me meant that he was up for it and not just looking good But as we know despite his sporty image his approach was so negative

For me they look more professional in suits, it's not as if he's going to be coming on at left back.

I've never seen a bank manager in a baseball cap and track suit! But it makes me smile when I see Arsene Wenger in that Sleeping bag. His dress sense is poor for such a good Manager. PIty the same can't be said for Mr Pulis. <laugh>
