The one tiny concern I have is if it does go wrong...

I'm thinking that too many of our fans are used to us having success and are not prepared to understand that all things are cyclical and that the universe is balanced in that for every positive there's a negative, etc.

We can't always win and we can always have success. We've all experienced the down periods as Bluebirds and as a result we saver the good days (and these are still good days) more. Long may they continue but rest assured - they won't forever.

Ramasut is Morison's assistance and Hudson is first team coach.

Therefore it's officially Morison, Ramasut & Hudson

If that's the case officially, good. I hope there's a decent slot found for him.

We've seen 4 leave the club recently, Mick, TC, Rowberry and Academy manager James McCarthy, but only Hudson coming in. With the Academy manager position going internally to David Hughes, there must be scope for further appointments.

Agree that we need a couple more bodies on the staff side.
Would be nice to see a pathway for coaching staff as well as players though. thought Rowberry would have been 'one for the future' though I suppose he could return at some point.
Still need that 'DoF'. Would be nice to see a couple 'football ambassadors' to help develop a culture or ethos and be the conscience of any future managers regarding style and player fit as well.

I worry a bit about tiering management, but if it worked (no conflict) then an older experienced head with contacts in the game as DoF would certainly add a depth of knowledge to what is now a very young management/coaching setup.

It's a complete reversal to the Warnock "Three Stooges" and Officer Dibble/Top Cat eras this past 5 years. Harris was given a chance but was limited to his own abilty having no one else knowledgable in football to rely on - Dalman and Choo in that area are a waste of time.

A few players away with Wales, but hope Morison is spending time in training with the rest.
Bring the 23s into training so the 1st team can see what they should be doing. :emoticon-0114-dull:

Seriously though, the more time the new coaching team can spend together and with the players, the better.
With Hudson in harness will we see a return to a back 4?

If we're going to do that, we really need wingers - and we haven't got any. <doh>
