I'd recommend it, you get more of the flavours you've added coming through.

Bod tried that ...said it left a bit of a plastic taste and he might have made a mistake with the thickening agent and would stick to corn flour in future ...

There are a million recipes. I went to a chili cookout in Texas years ago. People came from all over the US.

It just translates as chili with meat, so I've seen both beef and pork used. Minced, in chunks, whatever..

I make mine pretty traditionally, but garlic always goes in and a touch of cumin - I also add chopped red and green peppers. My secret ingredient is sun dried tomatoes. A few of those chopped up and added gives it a really powerful depth of flavour, imo.

Yup, same as for meatballs. See 'Goodfellas' for the recipe. Tabasco make a Chipotle flavoured version now. A dash of that is good and some oregano.

    Bants in it.

Though I wasn't quite expecting it to be as ruthless as that, I enjoy hot food but that **** was next level.

Omid's a legend, cracks me up.

That was exactly how me and my Cousin were looking after eating the naga wings. The initial plan was for most of the boys to have one wing each but after me and him took bites and they saw his reaction, the rest bottled. I had another two more but then instantly regretted it. Never doing it again.

Not sure of the science, but if I'm eating something too hot, a hot drink, like tea, is the best way to quell the fire.

The pros he uses are most likely to look like bangers and mash when cooked up.
