Very restless night, where I tossed and turned, and then got a smack off our lass for the tossing bit..Once I get the kids off to school and our lass off to work, then I might enjoy a beer while hopefully watching Murray beat Federer...I'm then meeting my mate in the Wheatsheaf or the Howard Arms (to be decided) at about half eleven for a few beers before getting on our bus in Roker Ave.. Thye excitement is really starting to build..ha'way the lads..
Just sat chilling been up since 6. Getting train from leeds at 11.08 into Manchester just after midday hawaaaaaaay the lads
So we HAVE to either score or keep a clean sheet tonight. I cannot see us keeping a clean sheet I'm nervously excited - had 2 tickets but had to sell them to my mate due to spending £200 on car repairs. Watching it with my parents at their house. Beers are in the fridge already!
Had me first spliff, full of energy now. Bath, shave then out for some dinner before heading down. Absolutely buzzing now.... Let's take the ****ing roof off at OT!!

Almost 9,000 Sunderland supporters will make their way to Manchester today for the Capital One Cup semi final second leg tie at Old Trafford. SAFC stewards will accompany each bus to and from the journey to Old Trafford. The club has arranged a designated parking area for the buses at Old Trafford and supporters should make their way back to the buses immediately after the end of the game. All buses will be numbered and supporters should return on the same bus that they arrived on. DEPARTURE INFORMATION Supporters are asked to arrive at the stadium for boarding no later than 1.30pm. All buses will be located in the GREEN car park, adjacent to the ticket office/Black Cat House. A Jarra lad smoking waccy baccy and having a bath instead of a shower..how does the world keep turning I ask myself. We are in with a chance as their two best players are MIA...as the skunks beat them at the dung heap so can we...forget the league for the moment and enjoy tonight players and fans alike
Just on my way to the gym had a walk past the Oyster Bar, your lot down there about 80 or so thus far, seem to be enjoying themselves and singing something that I really couldn't decipher! Must be hammered!
If he plays then we should hammer the bastard in the first few minutes (when we are more likely to get away with it in a cup semi final), somewhere around that 'groin area'. The same goes for RVP on that thigh. If they chuck them in then they are desperate and risk losing the players again for much longer. No mercy and no surrender tonight as far as we are concerned. Its everything or nothing for our players but for Utd's its just another semi final amongst semi finals. We will see just how much our team 'want it' tonight.
