Absolutely agree: weird selections from Arry.

I just hope this result gives a few players a bit of a kick up the arse - ManU want the ball more than we do - at 75 mins they are still harassing and chasing - we are content to lump the ball up to their centre backs -

Edit - Vargas just there with a chance at least looks like he believes in something

I reckon 'Arry's Sandra is fitter than Sandro. Another injury prone player signed.

It's hard to disagree with any of that.

Agreed, defence looks poor and RVP and Rooney haven't been all that either. It's all about Di Maria.

Only Vargas and Traore decent for us.

Seriously, Philips does not look in any shape or form a Premiership player.....

Those same players should have had that 'kick up the arse' after the Spurs match.....how many times will we need to lose 4-0 before the message sinks in?

    its bloody preposterous

liking Vargas' running - needs players capable of getting their heads up and looking to play him in

We have to target teams around us in the bottom half, this was always a write-off on paper but could have been different if we had a bit of self-belief and the right tactics...

Left on the bench by a completely clueless git. Shred that contract extension FFS, the guy's mind is going. Feel sorry for Taarabt that his undoubted talent is so unappreciated by this old geezer.

Turn the record over & stop ignoring the ****ing obvious - no one is claiming he could single handledly turn the tide but are you honestly happy with the tactics, attitude and performance......nothing to do with Adel at all & I wouldn't have him in the starting XI but this has been a shambolic, embarrassing disgrace.....& sadly the second one in 4 games. Only one person responsible for that....the stupid old crook who is allegedly our manager

That's right but playing this badly will only undermine our self belief and lessen our chances against those around us. A good performance here would have set us up for a win against the lesser lights coming up.

F***ing commentator was about to celebrate if Falcao scored there. It's like they're ticking off all their nice to haves from the days play. Absolute crap!

I have to say Adel for Phillips at half-time would have been interesting, what is the point of Phillips?...

Me too, he definitely shows promise, wish he had been linked up with Adel - the Karl Henry sub was to shore things up to prevent a larger defeat, as opposed to the possibility with Adel of us scoring a couple of goals and perhaps a 4-2 loss.

It should've been Taarabt for Phillips from the off. Phillips hasn't got the mindset to play at this level.
