Not my thread PP, I was asked to stand in when someone was ill. Obviously wrangled you, but who gives a **** what you think.
I may not be right about this, but I think we were in a promising position near their penalty area immediately after Gilmour came on and he was the player who screwed up and wasted the position and gave the ball to them, which led to their attack that ultimately resulted in the foul and free kick. However, I may well be wrong about that, and I don't want to point the finger at Gilmour for something he didn't do. But one thing I am not wrong about is that we went from looking like the most likely team to score to looking much more like the rabble we have been for most of the season as soon as Gilmour and Placheta came on. And only one person has responsibility for that.
Ben Gibson mistake and missed chances sums up our season. We seem to be creating more scoring chances of late which is encouraging, but not soon enough. Thought Dowell played well now that he has been given more of a chance.
If we are supposed to take turns if someone doesn't want to write a thread it should go to the next person in line. You can't nominate someone who previously lost to Leeds you just miss a go.
As Walshy would have done the last 2 matches, no one has technically missed out. Continue with Busan, simples.
Ah I didn’t pick that up, you might be right. Giannoulis gave away the foul. It was a bit clumsy, but he overall had a good game so I don’t blame him.
Busan missed out and you had an extra turn . It's pretty straightforward, if Busan doesn't want to post next time it shouldn't jump back to the previous loser it jumps to Zogean_king.
This from the BBC is meaningless, but satisfying: Take that, 'big six' FT: Man Utd 3-2 Norwich Since the beginning of 2019/20, only three players have scored a Premier League goal against all of the "big six" clubs of Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Man City, Man United and Spurs: Teemu Pukki, Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Wilfried Zaha (Pukki was playing in the Championship for the entire 2020/21 campaign
In many ways, it was. But in many ways it reminded me of so many of our performances in the Premier League over so many seasons: attractive football which creates chances interspersed with defensive howlers. Don't get me wrong - I much prefer this to the kind of dire stuff we have been dishing up this season, but it would be nice to have the creativity without the bloopers.
And when Newcastle, bloated on their Saudi wealth, make it a Big Seven, I believe Pukki has already scored a hat-trick against them.
Other than the suspense we finished with minus 1 GD and zero points . Never relegated Everton are on minus 19 gd we are on minus 44 .
Busan did not miss out, Walshy missed out, because he was ill. Let it go ffs, you're like a dog with a bone
If you don't want to, or not well enough to do a thread it passes on to the next in line especially as you lost against Leeds you can't really delegate backwards. Drop the PP nonsense too it's corrosive & unnecessary.
This is how it should transpire. Hey guys Cromer isn't well so he's not doing the next MDT so it's you up next Busan and if you haven't started one by Friday night it's zogean_king up . If you both fail to post a thread then it goes to SuffolkCanary as we all agreed before the season started. If nobody starts a thread on the morning of the game then even though I just lost to Leeds in a relegation 6 pointer I'm going to start one just because nobody else cares . The winner stays on format is ruined now and you still push your divisive PP rhetoric. Have a long hard think about what you have done and I'll accept an apology
