It really was, United had everyone behind the ball and defended well. There's not much else to say about that game.
Hes right though. We were very good, hungry and determined to get the points. Should have been 3 or 4 if we are being honest. Smalling and Rooney should have scored but RvP's goal was enough in the end. We had the best of the play, the only chances in the game and needed no luck.
Funny guys you Arsenal lot. We were better in everything that mattered. Far better. show a little class and just hold your hands up. those stupid pundits surprised why Arsenal looked average today unlike old arsenal in previous months!!.. they seem to forget that they only played bottom 10 teams so far aside from spurs and Liverpool at home .. even facing Dorutmund, they were lucky to win from only chance against the run of the play regarding UTD, that was a massive win, so professional display, and aside from desperate crosses that created some chances , Arsenal looked clueless .. RVP never celebrated a goal facing Arsenal , but that speak loud on how that match was important for us
Doesnt matter how many on target. having 98 shots on target or a few hundred a half like spurs doesnt make you the better side. Rooneys should have scored. The gooners considered it a massive let off. Smalling too. And the penalty we should have had. You can win 3-0 and not have a single shot at goal....

We already knew Arsenal put in pathetic performances at OT so yes it was expected. Utd didn't have to play particularly well
Yeah but you miss my point. It was a terrible game to watch - If you think any different then you need to take the glasses off. Yeah it worked as you won, and Moyes got it right, so fair play for that But to say you should have come away with 3-0 or 4-0 is plain ridiculous, and something like my man like UiR shouldn't be saying
Second half was a lot worse than the first. Losing Vidic and having Jones drop back meant we lost a little in midfield. the first half was good though. The game in general was good. Not a classic but still good. By far the best live game of the day. And another day could easily have ended 3-0. The only thing Rooney and Smalling did wrong was miss.
Arsenal went flat out at home against us, and looked a completely different outfit. That's got no bearing on today's shower of ****e.
