Well if he ( or the board ) doesn't want to make them then what is his solution because it surely doesn't lie with the majority of the players we have.
Arsene, I was wondering what you were up to this Sunday afternoon?, what was i doing you ask? i was watching my beloved team fall apart because for seven years you have been of the belief that you can win the league with youngsters and you have refused to sign some top quality players and look where that has led us. We sold 2 of our best in recent days after dragging the saga throughout the whole transfer window, instead of doing it early and finding adequate replacements, who if you had signed anyone would have had time to bed in with our team. i think you can win the league with youngsters but they must be tempered with experienced players on our team, you need only look at the team that are currently beating us 8-2 without breaking a sweat to see that this is possible. Your point blank refusal to accept even the most crystal clear of facts in regards to our defence and your handling of our transfer window has led me to belief that either its stubbourness or you dont have any money to part with to buy new players. Well if you have no money then why spend 12 million on a kid? so it must be your stubbourness and refusal to change then? i hope that isnt true but if it is then im sorry but its time for you to go. Any other manager in a top premiership team who didnt bring a trophy in in seven years would be shot out of a cannon. you have had your time, when my own mum speaks more football sense than you, then somethings very wrong. ive stood by you for 15 years, but im sorry no more. the display i witnessed today was embarrassing and pathetic. i feel sorry for the fans who made the trip up north, they deserve better than that. to the board, observe what happens on the pitch when you try to run a football club from a profit margin perspective, and its the fans that provide a lot of that profit, sort it out now, or people will start to vote with their feet. how can you expect any fan to pay one of the highest entry fees in the country to watch that?!! Rant over, yours sincerely Disgusted Fan
who do you all wenger out brigade want to replace him.............................get fooking real its not his fault if the board wont up the wage cap to allow the players he wants to come, do you honestly think we can get benzema/kaka/hazard etc of that quality to come to us for 90k a week. he knows who he needs but has to choose who the board say we can afford
thats the proble with arsenal no player is good enough for you. Cahill is exactly the kind of player you need IMO but Arsenal think that they are too good for the likes of him.
was arsene wise to play his reserves today, assume he will put a similar side out against the shrews. may be a similar result. floreat salopia
I've been thinking for a while, what a bad sign it is that no-one ever sits next to Arsene on the bench.
Shez 5 Jenkinson 1 Traore 2 Koscielny 1 Djourou 0 - was at fault for 4 goals. Ramsey 3 Coquelin 1 Walcott 5 Rosicky 2 RVP 2 Arshavin 2 3 DAYS until the transfer window closes.
Shez 4 Jenkinson 1 Traroe 2 Koscielny 4 Djourrou 0 Ramsey 3 Coquelin 3 Walcott 5 Rosicky 3 RVP 3 Arshavin 3
I'd also like to point out Djourou is our tallest, biggest and strongest player, something you cream about.
We need a centre mid more than a cb. We cant even dominate possession anymore. We need two world class central midfielders, a world class centre back and a world class attacking player
Losing 4-0 at home to Bolton on the opening day doesnt seem so bad after watching Arsenal today. Arsenal will be fine. Just one of those days gooners. You will be back.
O well, it was only a defeat at old trafford. I guess we shouldnt be too negative. Lets see who we buy. We can still get fourth if we spend £80m
