Trying to get tickets but not a season ticket holder....

You can only buy one ticket if you have previously bought tickets before... But im trying to buy two....

Any way round it guys?

I'd really appreciate any advise......

Don't think you'll get two. I am not sure a season ticket holder can buy an extra one for this game... the wording on the site isn't clear. I tried to buy an extra one online as a season ticket holder and could not.
 
Today (Monday) Man Utd tickets are on sale to members who have bought a ticket for another Saints home league match this season - one per member (number). So if you want two tickets, the simplest way is to find someone else who is also a member, use their number as well as yours, then order one ticket per membership number.

On Thursday, tickets are available to members that have bought tickets (as above) at any time since 2012/13 season. But this is still only one per member, so you need to find another member, then link the numbers together, to get two tickets

You can only get one per customer number & season tickets count as your one...

I fell foul of this with the City tickets when I tried to get one for my nipper :/
 
Bollocks. I've always got extra tickets against my season ticket number and it's never been an issue before now I'm realising that I can't get an extra one. Anyone know when general sale is? Also, priority should be given to season ticket holders buying an extra ticket over someone who has been to one home game since 2013, surely?!

What you need to do, is register your nipper and so he will get a customer number. Then, you should be able to get a ticket against his number as long as you have linked your number to his.

Yep, tried that - still no joy as he has no ticket sales registered aginst his own customer number. It was due to be his first game, but as it's the all hallowed category A, they wouldn't play ball.

No. You have your season ticket so you have a seat for the game. Why would you therefore need an extra ticket? I assume you're getting it for somebody else in which case if they've bought a ticket for a game this season then they can buy their own ticket now or, if they've bought a ticket since the start of the 2012/13 season then they can buy their own ticket from Thursday. If the person you're getting it for hasn't bought a ticket since the start of 2012/13 then I'm sorry but they shouldn't be able to use your season ticket to get priority over those that have.

PS. This isn't meant as a rant, just saying it how it is :smile:
 
I had the same problem with the Man City game but I managed to get three extra tickets on Friday (on my season ticket and associated season tickets) and therefore I have been able to purchase further tickets for Man Utd today. If you do get tickets on your season ticket its worthwhile that you create a new customer number for the order to use going forward rather than putting it against your season ticket. This will allow you to purchase online going forward and reduce the booking charge rather than phoning in every time.

No the issue is that this extra person has always bought tickets on my season ticket number. So he has attended 5 home games this year but all under my season ticket number

Ah they've done it for me over the phone based on the extra seats bought previously this year. If anyone is in the same position, feel free to pm me!

there's the issue. If you had bought other home tickets, you should have been able to get one.

they told me you can't do it online as the computer sees you have a ticket (ST), which is why you can do it on the phone if you have bought tickets for others, but best set them up as a customer number.
 
Sorted.... If you phone them which takes ages and explain you go havent got another number the lady on the phone said no worries and processed it, happy days!!!!!
