Erm, I didn't say anything about Liverpool... My point was that, with the possible exception of Spurs, none of the current top six have performed to their full potential over the full season. Which makes it very difficult to work out what their full potential actually is. We can all talk the talk about what club needs to do what, but in the end it's never quite going to work out like any of us expects. Maybe Torres and Drogba will collide in training and break each others legs thus destroying Chelsea's season? Maybe City will sign Villas-Boas and win the quadruple? Maybe Giggs will teach yoga to Scholes and VDS and they'll keep going forever? Maybe Redknapp will manage to wangle Sneijder, Ronaldo and Messi for the price of a bag of crisps? Maybe Wenger will buy a defensive midfielder? It's fair to say that United, Chelsea, Arsenal, City and Liverpool are the only five sides that have the resources to challenge for the title, but until the first ball is kicked it's almost impossible to tell who the two or three are who'll actually be challenging come April 2012... Oh, and... No. The bond interest is 8.75% so the interest is less than ã45 million a year. Or are the BBC all in the "big conspiracy" as well? http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/8475317.stm
Swarbs without actually mentioning Liverpool, you do make what is known as ''hidden attacks''.We say one thing and you dismiss it as not being relevant.Even though when its applied to say Man United it is relevant. You made a comment about us speculating,However you did make a comment maybe not on this article but another one suggesting that Liverpool are benefitting from an ''arrival of a popular manager'',suggesting that it will be short term.Is this not speculating?Do you know this for certain?I made a comment a while back that the Liverpool players will learn from Kenny's methods and this will improve them, and again you dismissed this as nonsense,as one man cannot change the ways of players. When us Liverpool fans come up with something positive about our future you are regularly on hand to dismiss it as fantasy.
