Yes sorry mate, I'm used to putting creative mids behind the attacking line seeing as that's where we play Cabaye, I know it's wrong.

However, Schneider on form, is one of the best long passers of the ball in the game and he has excellent vision, and can strike a fantastic shot from 20-25 yards.

I don't know how it would like up but Tiote and Schneider CM would be a good center midfield pair IMO.

Agreed, but I just expect the worse from MA, I.e - AP- "we tried to replace Tiote but the deals weren't there, I have been assured every penny from the sale will be reinvested in the club"
 
I hate to sound to cynical but, on past experience, selling Tiote could be the only business we do in the January transfer window.

Better but I dont see it happening, and they rotate so much there are very few dead certs to start. Why pay £50m for Sneijder and Tiote if they're rotated so much? Vidic, Ferdinand and Rooney are the only players who realistically play every game when fit. Plus a deal for Gaitan is rumoured to be done (either 30 or 40 million).

I think the Sneijder ship has sailed - more likely to be Gaitan who comes in, meaning we'd be:

------Hernandez / Welbeck
---Nani----Rooney----Valencia---
------Gaitan------Tiote------------

But I don't honestly see us bringing in two CMs at once - SAF is too canny to do that. Two CMs at once means too much of a risk of messing up the balance of the team, especially now at a crucial stage in the season when our current midfield is doing fine in the PL. More likely it'll be either Gaitan to play alongside Jones or Carrick, or Tiote to play alongside Cleverley.
 
On another subject, sort of, who do you guys reckon will win Neymars signature?

Agreed, but It might be hard with the wage cap, but the new bonus system should work out fine

I'd offer him 50k a week, plus 20k clean sheet bonus and 10k win bonus

Liverpool fans are truly deluded. First David Villa, now Ozil? Why would Villa go from Barca in the CL and winning the Spanish title, to playing for Liverpool and Thursday nights in the Europa League?
