Just dont read us , the trick is 7/11 is when you see my name just dont read it , its that easy , as easy as naming yourself after a convenience store...................
May I say you add that little to the conversation you may already be on everyone's ignore list....just a thought?
Just so your aware, he probably can't read that if your on his ignore list. Unless of course someone quotes you.....oh
Closing ones mind and ignoring a person so you can not see their posts because you do not agree is hardly forward thinking .
This is true haha I never thought of that! It's ok I think I will just go back to being one of those people who just views threads rather than adding any input! Better still I wonder If saints web have any vacancies, there a negative bunch aren't they....maybe I will fit right in?
True story, thanks for quoting him. Couldn't really care less if people ignore me in all honesty, I prefer reading other people's opinions rather than trying to force my own negative view down everyone else's throats in every single thread. The reason I have ignored you both is because of the complete nonsense you're both spouting. The majority of posters on here are making good balanced points, using reason and logic, and I'm pretty sure you two are probably about 15. Anyway, lets get back to the football threads, maybe a mod could shut this one, its a bit of an inflammatory one to be honest.
I don't agree with much Nath Clyne and Gomarching have to say but they are both fully entitled to say it. I'm sure like us just they want saints to be the best!
Serious question...what have I said that you don't agree with? To summarise I have suggested in recent posts. Kelvin Davis is not a good enough goalkeeper on the balance of the rest of the team nor for the premier league. That we should try and view the free market to fill the remaining two Vacant spots. And that I have see more positives this season than the two previous promotion seasons which I listed earlier. Wouldn't say I was particularly alone. Would just say maybe like the supporters at the game people just like a poster or two to dislike. Maybe me and gomarchingin are the guly of not606 but I don't think we are negative and we only want saints to achieve!
Hi Nath. Fair point I was thinking of yesterday's KD debate but I've probably been a tad harsh. Apologies. I think I'm more correct in regard to GoMarching though
I will go public with my views on this. Nath posts very passionately and although I don't agree with some of his opinion, I do feel that I can have a debate with him and he seems to consider my opinion back. Gomarchingin I have tried to debate with but he always seems to ignore any reasoned debate and I spend so much time reading the same thing over and over. I really think I'll be reading the same thing until January. Anyone think we need a CB?
I actually enjoy reading most of the inflammatory (?) posts which are that simply because they offer a different point of view. The thing which really annoys me is when a poster starts slagging someone off because they don't agree. I am sure that many Saints fans are extremely concerned, like me, with the poor start and our next two games won't be easy either. Kelvin has begun poorly and our defence has looked anything except secure. I also feel that we look lightweight in midfield with ball playing skills vastly favoured in place of good old muscle which doesn't always aid our defence. Some of this feeling might improve but only if we start gaining points. The biggest problem I see is that after three fairly cheerful seasons the mood is now turning more gloomy as we are losing much more than in recent times. Some of the happy clappers(as they are called) could be simply trying to engender a more relaxed atmosphere to counter the sometimes over reaction by others of a more negative stance.
Oh Boy, will I be happy when we win a game of football and we can get back to talking about football and not each other! If I were to merge all the treads which either started or ended up as people who never met, having a pop at each other then there would probably be little left on the board.
In response to your "do we need a centre back....I think if the right freebie option does come up then yes we would be foolish not to snap it up. West ham have taken John mensah on trial. If he proves his fitness he could be a fantastic signing. International footballer, played champions league and is still only 29. Someone like him is worth the risk I think!
