Come back when you know the difference between grammar and spelling.

I wasn't mocking your spelling or grammar, Castro.

People who kill themselves are mentally ill. They don't comprehend the situation with a rational mind, so they aren't seeing the consequences of their actions on others. If they can't see the effect on them, why would you think hey would consider others...

Yes it's horribly selfish, but the poor bugger doing it is beyond being able to think straight and isn't usually mentally able to think through the least collaterally impacting options.

The collateral damage is a sad consequence.

You replied to GLP and you thought GLP replied to me, not Plum. Whatever way you try and push it, you still made a mistake and it must be annoying you otherwise you'd have moved on and let it go by now. I just thought it was ironic considering you have a habit of correcting people on this forum for minor mistakes.

Anyway, I have said my bit. I'll leave this thread to the experts.

I know I started this thread and the events are both truly terrible and also very sad so I would like the mods to close it now before it descends into a slagging match if no-one objects.

    Thank you.

I still suffer from depression, perhaps I always will. At the moment it is under control, but it would be easy to let it back in again. I now have a better understanding of myself and although I lead a stressful life, I do not let things get to me too much.
Suicide is a selfish act, by its nature, taking your own life with no regard for the feelings of those that your action affects.
At the same time, the urge to seek relief from the pressure that you are under, gives you a disjointed and disproportioned view. Even those that want and could help can fail to break through.
There are different reasons for taking your own life. We have a focus on the illnesses, but it an also be used to escape punishment like in the case of Fred West.
