I think he'll play Canas instead of Leon.

I'd put Chico at right-back, is quick enough and loves getting forward....extra height in the team for set pieces also.

    -------------- Vorm ------------------
    --------- Amat --- Ash --------------
    Chico --------------------- B. Davies
    ---------- Leon -- Canas ------------
Dyer ------ De Guzman ------ Pablo
    -------------- Vazquez --------------

Bench; Tremmel, Taylor, Tiendalli, Shelvey, Lamah, Pozuelo, Donnelly/Gorre.

If we're still in it on the hour I'd bring Shelvey, Lamah and Pozuelo on (Pozuelo up front) and go for it.

By the way Dai - Man City are thumping everybody at home are they not? Yet apparently it is "simple" to go there and get a draw. Your WUM attempts are not even very clever are they.

and give him licence to get forward , he does that now but will he get back to defend , no thanks not for me , taylor has played right back before so he knows the position but stranger things have happened . Obviously Teindalli is the natural choice but he seems a bit flakey atm .

This is not a win we were targeting before the injuries we were just hoping for something from it. Nothings changed there except protecting our goal diff will be harder but then its a funny old game as some old geezer once said, was it you Dai ? :emoticon-0105-wink:

    Like Cardiff <laugh>
Defend for our lives with 11 men behind the ball and hope we get a lucky break.
I'd never pay to watch that ****e.

    We'll play our usual game.

By the way, if you don't spell out exactly who you'd pick and how you'd play before the game you don't get to make out you had all the answers after the game.

I'd play Sousa style, keeping our midfield deep, and hold the game until half time, then bring the midfield out a tad second half, though still tight, and hit them on the counter, using the pace of Dyer and Routledge on the flanks!.................<ok>

Good luck tomorrow lads, the last week or so has been mad on your board but now the dust has settled its fair to say me and a few other reds have made better friends of you fellers on here and the other place.

For what its worth play your normal game and make your chances count.<ok>

Thing is Phil ML is his own man and if he brought Borini or/and Joe back it would look like weakness on his part, but tbf you are where you are on merit but the EL is a great thing for the Swans to be part of but its stretching your squad.

But like I said play to your strengths, plan b rarely works.
